The Balanced Scorecard is basically a methodology that characterises an organization's presentation estimation scheme or metrics founded on the organization's value drivers and strategy. Value drivers encompass everything that enhances the organization's worth - customer service, discovery, operational effectiveness, economic presentation, etc. Once these metrics have been defined, they are revolved up into a 'scorecard', which the business benefits to assess, record, and investigate its presentation and determine if it is meeting its goals.
