Before making any decision, first we will see the status of the food industry in United States. U.S. food industry in United States has been growing and well developed. It is most important industries in United States which comprises of meat, milk, production of alcoholic and soft drinks, canned and flour. However, the allocated areas of enterprises for flour are in the north-western states and along the Great Lakes, meet in Chicago, Kansas City, Omaha (Nebraska), breast (Wisconsin and Minnesota) and tin (California) industry.

It is due to recession, people have been seeking for trade off between the price and the brand. Food products of intimate brands have shown dispersion in the superstore which increases from 15 percent to more than 18 percent before the recession of total sales in 2010. Now, the economy has shown an improvement, the private foods products estimated to remain strong, however, the there might be difficult for the private packaged food to recover the market share which has lost. However, companies have been investing much of the funds in the advance technologies for the betterment of the customers.

According to the researchers technologies has changed the shape of the world, but it is not necessary that every technology provide benefit to the company. It depends on the nature of the technology and the nature of t eh company. However, Alpha Foods is considering how far this is true in their business. Is it “Technology has changed every aspect of how we do business?” for this purpose the company wants to make a Business Decision.
