Business Ethics

Question #1: The role of opportunity can influence ethical decision-making in the organization: Give an example of how this might occur?

Business ethics is the behavior that a company has adopted in its daily dealings with the world. The ethics of a particular company can be very different. Not only apply to how the company interacts with the world in general, but also their moral ethics for dealing one on one with the client. Many companies have gained a bad reputation just by being in the business. For some people, companies are only interested in making money without taking into account the importance of ethics. This behavior could be called capitalism in its purest form.

Good business ethics should be part of every business. There are many factors to consider. When a company does business with one that is considered unethical, it would mark the first company ethics by association. Some people would say yes, the first company has a responsibility and a respectable image, but is now a link in a chain of unethical business.

A few argue that they think of material goods are needed and that some economic progress is required to survive. Well, business is specialized in producing prosperity. Successful commercial agents may not be our primary responsibility in life, but one of them. Just as medicine appears due to the need of physical, or profession of science appears as a consequence of the need to understand the nature of our world, the profession of business is a result of the efforts of those whose mode of life is to meet the needs of others as a means of satisfying their own. Even some of the activities such as art and literature are linked to business. An activity that nourishes and sustains all other activities is worthy of praise and respect. Business ethics is possible only in free societies. That is the question "What are the parameters and guidelines should I follow in my conduct as a businessman?" It means I'm free to choose that behavior. Again the "ought" implies "can." If the will is tyrannized, regimented and regulated, the ability to choose between basic choices would be drastically reduced, so one can act on it is permissible not as elections themselves. In this context, "should" is irrelevant; ethics and morality are meaningless where there is liberty. Honesty in terms of transactions, maintenance of the word and how to deal with customers and suppliers are very important and decisive in transactions in the market precisely because ultimately the right is protected. These protections mean that the promise you make will be fulfilled that you as an organization you cannot break a promise with impunity and all of this process influence the decision making in the organization.

A company can spend several million in sales, but the fact that they do not have good business ethics think that this may matter to people. There are soft drinks and fast food restaurants have been fined over and over again by a ...
