Discussion

Scope of the Project

Every business is in fact organized for the production of value, this production by concretizing the provision of output (the latter is designated by the terms "product", "service" or "deliverable") by consuming some inputs; the value produced is then the difference between the value of output and value of inputs. We can calculate this value either by considering the company as a whole, or by dividing it into various trades that each produces a specific value. Can be further subdivided this division is important is that each class of this division we can associate an "output" of the "inputs" and a value. Find the "right" level of cutting is a matter of experience and skill, the important thing is to identify the division which corresponds to the possibility of the company management, which allows a clear identification of responsibilities.

This system can be divided into two subsystems: The operating system constituted by the portion of the system actually takes care of transform mangoes machines, workers, technicians, and the control system which defines the objectives of the company and strives to make every work that they are met. For this, it makes decisions. These decisions are made from settings from the operating system (Date, 1981).

Controlling the Scope of the Project

This step includes proper controlling of the project scope as it is the process of monitoring the status of project scope / product and managing changes to the scope baseline. The control project scope ensures that all requested changes and corrective or preventive actions are processed through the process Perform Integrated Change Control.

Possible Risks, Constraints and Assumptions

Identify and validate the assumptions and constraints of a project is critical to achieving success in the project closure. Understanding the assumptions and constraints can not be neglected during the initiation and planning of a project, it may generate numerous risks to the project. Risks are managed by project managers and must be constantly monitored. As the premises are likely to generate risks for the project then we should have special attention to them. Often the restrictions appear to answer these premises or simply work around them.

Assumptions are hypotheses, we assume as true conditions to achieve a unique goal. For planning processes always consider as certain assumptions, actual and secure. They must be precise and specific. All assumptions generate risks to the project. Examples of assumptions: The client will provide software and hardware environment as specified in the proposed sale. The product may only be disclosed after the installation of the 400 ...
