There is a big need to look into the communication plan of organization because researchers and theorists claimed that the communication plan plays a vital role in the effectiveness of the organizations. Therefore, the report contains three main aspects of the organization “Cadbury” which are internal business environment, external business environment and resource management.

The organization “Cadbury” is a British confectionery company which is highly recognized across the globe because of its products. The organization “Cadbury” stood at second largest position globally across the industry. It comes after combined Mars-Wrigley. The headquarter of the organization “Cadbury” is in the Uxbridge Business Park, which is located in the London Borough of Hillingdon, England. It was formerly listed on the London Stock Exchange. In February 2010, Kraft Foods acquired Cadbury. This acquisition was not supported by general public and other trade unions because they were expecting job-cut of massive scales. According to newspaper, the acquisition of the Cadbury was not an ordinary event for the British economy and government. After the acquisition, the new management announced that they are going to close the Somerdale factory which resulted into loss of 400 jobs. Currently, the Cadbury has around eight factories in the United Kingdom with three thousand employees (Carsrud et.al, 2007, pp. 80).

There are many measures that Cadbury has implemented for the sake of workforce effectiveness and workforce versatility is one of them, and that makes their social order.
