The current economic crisis that has grabbed United States from the last few years has recorded as negative effects on the employment level and opportunities in the country. There are many regions which are facing severe unemployment problems which are recorded as above the national average. Society is continuously trying to improve the conditions of recession by improving the labor market in terms of job creation. This can only be possible if the government of the state changes some of the economic policies which enhance labor market and reduces unemployment rate (Ebeling, 2012).
