Introduction

In the study of cardiovascular disease and diseases of the first question, which usually comes to mind is "heart attack". A heart attack caused by blockage in the coronary vessels that the vessel responsible for supplying the heart with blood. Coronary heart disease is a serious problem in the United States, despite increasing awareness and medical capabilities.

Arteriosclerosis, hardening of the arteries, it is a collective term for many diseases of arteries. The most common of these diseases is atherosclerosis. It is responsible for the build-up plaque in arteries that lead to clots and ultimately can lead to heart attack.

The visit to the doctor for routine check-up always looks at some "critical" pieces of information. One such factor is the pressure. The two disorders are accompanied by blood pressure. (Myers, 2000)

Hypertension - about 25% of adult Americans have high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. Hypertension increases the risk of heart and kidney disease and stroke. High blood pressure is defined as a systolic pressure of 140 or higher, and diastolic pressure of 90 or higher.

Disorder 01: Chronic Heart Failure

Chronic heart failure during treatment, the prescribed treatment of the symptoms and signs described in 4.00D2. The required level of severity of the reserve is met when the needs of A and B are satisfied. Medical documented the presence of one of the following: (Adams, 2000)

1. Systolic failure with left ventricular end diastolic dimensions of more than 6.0 cm and ejection fraction of 30 percent or less in the period of stability (not during episodes of acute heart failure); (Agodoa, 2002)

2. Diastolic failure with left ventricular posterior wall plus septal thickness of 2.5 cm overall and more of the images with an expanded left atrium is greater than or equal to 4.5 cm, with normal or elevated ejection fraction during the period of stability (not during episodes of acute heart failure);

Persistent symptoms of heart failure, which seriously restricts the ability to initiate, sustain or complete activities of daily life in the person for whom an MC, preferably one experienced in caring for patients with cardiovascular diseases, concluded that the results of the exercise test will represent a significant danger to the person, or (McNeilly, 2001)

Three or more separate episodes of acute heart failure during the consecutive 12-month period, with evidence of fluid retention with clinical and imaging assessment at the time of the episodes that require extended acute physician intervention ...
