Decision Making Process

Decision making is the process by which performs a choice between options or ways to solve different situations of life in different contexts: at work, family, sentimental, business (using quantitative methodologies provided by the administration). Decision making is basically an option to choose among those available for the purpose of solving a problem or potential (even if not there is evidence of a potential conflict).

In the given case study, decision making process for Metabical was to launch the first prescribed drug for the overweight patients. At the individual level, decision making process characterized by the fact that a person makes use of his reasoning and thinking to choose a solution to a problem that comes to his way, that is, if a person has a problem, should be able to solve it individually to make decisions with that particular reason.

To make a decision, whatever its nature, it is necessary to know, understand, analyze a problem, so one can provide solutions. In some cases, be as simple and every day, this done implicitly and solved very quickly, but other cases in which the consequences of a bad or good choice may impact on life and if an employment context in the success or failure of the organization, for which it needed a more structured process that can provide more security and information to solve the problem. The decisions affect all and thanks to we have an unfavourable opinion. In the case, of metabical, Printup involved in the decision making process. According to her, metabical is the first prescribed drug with the least side effects and most successful outcomes. Therefore, metabical must be promoted in a coherent manner, so that it can create a health image in the minds of consumers. Before launching the drug, CSP tested the drug by selecting a number of individuals and the drug had shown actual results. That was the reason that Printup was very much confident in her decision that the launch of Metabical will be successful and the decision taken by her will eventually be termed as the best decision.Segmentation of Potential Consumers
