Key Problems at Sun City Motor Company

The key problems for Sun City Motor Company pertain to the negative feedbacks which are being received from the customers. It is observed that to noting average wait times and call duration times, the customers are facing problems; it can be summarized that the content and disposition of all calls, e-mails, and letters are the bases on problems from which various had been escalated. In addition to this, looking them over, Earl saw a number of messages marked as “read original text” due to which customers were facing problems.

Besides it, another key problem for Sun City Motor Company is the letters and complaints as the customer named Jessica Neckert complained. It appears that, this person had been overwhelmed Paul Cormier, who is the CEO, with letters complaining about her Andromeda XL which she had bought shortly after the car came on the market. First the air conditioning got failed then the CD player got jammed, then the catalytic converter got went out and many other problems that customer Jessica Neckert faced. The Sun City Motor Company had repaired each problem at no expense to her; if truth be told, the Sun City Motor Company had actually replaced the car; however, she kept on sending in complaints about the new one, too; this shows that customer is again facing the same problems which are causing problems for Sun City Motor Company.

According to the past studies, it is observed and proved that the organizational behaviors are influenced by various factors. These factors depend on different theories, moreover, past researchers worked on different aspect of a single phenomenon. In addition, the organizational behavior was considered as to be influenced by the classical approach which was helpful for identifying and resolving the initial or the minor problems that were pertaining to the organization.

In both short run and long run, the change process encompasses all activities aimed at helping the organization to successfully adopt new attitudes, new technologies, and new ways of doing business. Effective management of change allows the transformation of the strategy, processes, technology, and people to reorient the organization to achieve their goals, maximize their performance, and ensure continuous improvement in an ever changing business environment.
