Introduction

From corner to corner of the United States, in numerous health factors American broods are at the top. A number of physical condition problems in many children is under observation or caused by the insufficiency of substantial activity and proper nutrition. In this new era, fatty and junk sugary, foods have become a fashion in our society. Americans exposes themselves with such food and eat a lot because the dominant player their parents present them with this harmful and unhealthy diet they have insufficient nutrient diet, and there is a lack of physical activity in their daily routine. Parents are the key models in their offspring's life. They have the opportunity as to what food they should bring at home. It is the responsibility of the parents to encourage their kids to have a healthy active lifestyle. Parents are sole responsible for their child's health.

As known previously obesity is usually a vibrant community fitness concern; it is a condition in which a person gets to store energy (fat) in a vast quantity. It is commonly seen in wealthy countries and is particularly increasing in developing countries, particularly amongst young people and children. It is seen that it represents the most severe public health risk to a person.

Childhood obesity is a serious public health problem, defined as an excess of body fat that affects the child's health. Measuring the obesity is mainly based on the BMI i.e. the weight is more than 20% above the normal standard weight with respect to height and age. In American society, obsess people socially exclude from a society or a group, and people often discriminate them especially in promotion and hiring.

Childhood obesity issue in United States has developed considerably in reigning years. Between 16 and 33 percent of adolescents and children are fat, the easiest condition to recognize is obesity but it the most distressing condition to treat.

Causes of obesity

Many probable causes for childhood obesity are under study, and all of them are collectively responsible for it.
