Much discussed and written about CEO compensation, as an ethical problem. Can it really be classified as such? If not, then why does it seem we are constantly bombarded by the media with stories about the more-senior managers pay and irrelevance of this? Most of us agree that the foundations of capitalism, which include the hope of personal gain, as well as the possibility of over-amplification of risk and reward, or a limited offer - from an ethical point of view of concepts.
