Introduction

The Chain of Command is an information delivery system characteristic of organizational structures with strong hierarchy, vertical and authoritarian (such as partisan political organizations or military) where orders, rewards and penalties flowing from the tip of the pyramid organizational base, and where it is expected that towards the top of it just to flow the required information, activities and tasks.
