Preamble

The Charter of Fundamental Rights is of paramount importance for the evolution of European Union (EU), and therefore for the labor movement and political Community social questions. For the first time since the creation of the Community European Economic Community in 1957, the Charter sets out in a single text all of social, economic, civil and political entitlements for all citizens Europe.
