Introduction

Chernobyl is so well known today because it is the most devastating nuclear accident ever occurred. Chernobyl is a Nuclear Power Plant that is situated in Ukraine at130 km north of Kiev. Around April 1986, Chernobyl shocking accident occurred in fourth reactor. This incident was due to both design flaw and human error, and has become known as the worst nuclear catastrophe in the world (WNA, 2012).
