Introduction

The term child labor means of illegal employment of children who are less than 18 years in dangerous and life threatening activities. Poverty is the main reason due to which children under the age of 18 years are forced to work in dangerous and life threatening conditions. In the Philippines there are about 2.06 million children who are forced to work in rock quarries, farms, industries, mines and fishing boats.
