The importance of management and leadership of the teacher in the classroom has now become one of the most important aspects. Now the leadership of teachers and needs of adequate level of education requires teachers to be capable of managing classrooms in an effective way in order to achieve and manage the concerns of students who are becoming increasingly important. There are certain techniques for classroom management and group management effectively (Lindia, 2004).  In the classroom the teacher has the mission to contribute successfully in the teaching-learning process and the development of students, preparing them for their future career, helping their formation of values ??as well as in their personal, emotional and affective.  The teacher must be prepared and equipped with a set of methodologies that may allow control relationships between students. These should be as explicit as possible, so as to facilitate non-verbal communication with the student and can be controlled with the use of gestures, signs, or symbols shared (www.educationworld.com). This research paper focused on importance of classroom management in which literature has been reviewed for better understanding of the concepts.
