Background

The role of teachers in any educational setting is perhaps one of the most decisive of the entire educational process and, he is, ultimately, who will instantly guide the learning of a group of students. The teacher not only spends much of his time with the students, but their relations have a noticeable effect on the learning outcome of the students. The teacher organizes time, space and their own relationship with the student, depending on the educational objectives to be achieved (Dershimer 2006, Pp. 125). That is why the personal characteristics of each teacher, their experiences, the unusual way of interacting with students are uniquely marked in the whole network of relationships that are established in the group.

At first we noticed they were somewhat worried, we assumed this was because they took as perfect strangers. The first thing that we could detect and considered was the whole mess in the room. The first activity was the reading of popular songs, proverbs, tongue twisters, etc. Five students read from their places, none of them got up to do so (Weinstein, Curran and Clarke 2003, pp. 133).

The students were supposed to read the news story and then after 10 minutes one member of each group were supposed to tell the story. Soon after the instructions of the teacher, students began the task. In one of the two groups, students discussed who will present the story. They started to read the story and decided who will tell the story. After 10 minutes, the teacher asked each group to send the group representative to the presentation floor. The task of the first group was to ...
