Introduction

SLE is an autoimmune infection distinuished by poor pregnancy outcome; miscarriage, preterm work, IUGR and preeclampsia are the difficulties that most routinely occur. Although, in latest year there have been an enhancement in the administration of the infection, perspectives of a thriving pregnancy in SLE women are still smaller contrast to wholesome population. This study is a try to characterise predictor marker of pregnancy difficulty in women with SLE. Demographic facts and numbers

Clinical evaluation of SLE was made on the groundwork of ACR diagnostic criteria by advisor rheumatologists. Patient with diagnosis of SLE (pregnant and non pregnant women) were employed from the Kellgren Centre for Rheumatology, Central Manchester and Manchester Children's University Hospitals, Manchester. Healthy pregnant women were employed from the Antenatal Clinic, St Mary's Hospital, and Manchester. Healthy non pregnant subject were chosen from Maternal and Fetal Research Centre. We revised 10 pregnant women with SLE; they were obtained at distinct time points:  12, 20, 28, 36 weeks of gestation (five at 12 weeks, five at 20 weeks, and four at 28 weeks and tree at 36 weeks of gestation).  For applicable command assembly were employed 14 wholesome pregnant obtained at the some time points (eleven at 12 weeks, eight at 20 weeks, 10 at 28 weeks and five at 36 weeks). SLE non pregnant (N=11) and wholesome non pregnant command (N=12) were obtained at lone time point. All pregnant and non pregnant were employed inside a variety of reproductive age. The main maternal age (± SD) of SLE patients was 34.9 ± 3.7 years (range, 30 - 39); in SLE non pregnant women was 33.5 ± 7.6 years (range, 20 - 41). The signify (± SD) age of infection onset in SLE patients was 22 ± 2.7 years and the signify infection length (± SD) in SLE pregnant and non pregnant was of 12.8 ± 3.7 and 11.60 ± 5.2 years respectively.  In wholesome command the major maternal age was 31.2 ± 5.5 (range, 24 - 42) and in wholesome non pregnant assembly was 28.5 ± 6.5 (range 18 - 38).
