Collective bargaining is one that is between the workers of an enterprise or industry, usually (but not always) raised through a union or group of unions and representatives of the company or companies. The purpose of negotiation is to reach agreement on working conditions applicable to the generality of workers in the area where the negotiation is limited ( contract or collective bargaining agreement ).Negotiation may cover all aspects of employment ( wages , hours , breaks, holidays , leave, working conditions, professional training, system redundancies , definition of occupational categories, promotions, etc) and determine rules for the relationship between unions and employers (represented in the workplace, information and consultation , billboard association, licenses and permits for union leaders, conflict resolution, etc.).

Advantages and disadvantages of collective bargaining

Collective bargaining has advantages for workers and employers. For workers, collective bargaining, wages and ensures proper working conditions for grants to "all" workers "one voice", which benefits them only when the employment relationship refers to a single individual.
