Introduction

Background

Today the competition is industry is very high and in order to compete in competition certain goals and objectives are set by organizations. These goals and objectives help organizations in attaining business success and in gaining competitive advantage over competitors. If, human is considered as the most important assets of an organization then it is of much importance to study their behaviour within organization and most important factors affecting their behaviour. The organizational behaviour has a significant influence on the culture of the organization, as this includes the general pattern of behaviour, beliefs, and values shared by members of an organization. Communication is one of the important factor effecting activities of employees in the organization (Wood, 2007 96). Communication is the act of communicating, transmitting information or knowledge to someone, or if there is an exchange of the pool (e.g. dialogue). In business, communication is the set of techniques and means for it to report itself, its business or its products and services.

Within the organization there are two types of communication, formal is one that gives the organization as such an informal communication is a spontaneous type that occurs when a worker needs to contact another but if there is a channel formal. The objectives may be to improve its image, increase its profile and increase contacts with potential customers. Communication means the process by which a message or information is transmitted from a source to a receiver via a channel or means of communication provided. Effective communication of information requires a thorough knowledge of the source, the means of communication and the receiver. Organizational behaviour is a discipline that investigates the relationship between individuals, groups and structure exerted on behaviour within organizations, to utilize and improve the effectiveness of them. Organizational behaviour determines the relationship of individuals and influences that impact on allowing companies differentiate individual behaviour in organizations. Organizational Behaviour provides useful set of tools for the analysis of administrators who observe the behaviour of individuals in the organization and facilitates the compression of the complexity of relationships co-workers and superiors (May, 2005, 14). The human behaviour within organizations is unpredictable because it originates in needs and systems of values deeply rooted in people. There are no simple formulas and practices for working with people, nor is there a solution for the problems of the organization. All you can do is to increase the understanding and capacities to raise the quality of human relations at work and these understandings and capacities can be raised with the help of effective communication. Principles of organizational behaviour can be merged in a very effective way into the organization. All organizations have to follow a simple rule that it implement principles or communication on the entire team.
