Introduction

Communication and the human relations theories is a process of sending and receiving messages with some meaning attached to it. The main element of a process includes a sender as a source, communication medium and a receiver.

It is important to understand that when two people communicate with each other at school, university etc, two things must be considered. Firstly, the communication needs to be accurate. Secondly, when an effective communication occurs, it means that the receiver has successfully perceived the message in the right way. These two issues have led to different incidents in the workplace and schools deriving both the negative and positive impacts (Wood 2007, pp. 96).

At school, the practice is the foundation of knowledge. Therefore, students at the schools should understand that the theoretical studies are carried out not by themselves and not for the sake of science itself but also to improve the practices and people's lives. Features of the content of school subjects and their specificity include various forms of communication and human theories and practices.

Discussion

I believe that the human relations, is the name given to the set of interactions that occur in individuals of a society, which has degrees of hierarchy. Human relationships base primarily on the linkages between members of society, through communication.

I perceive that the human relation and communication theory application at the school can be pursued in several ways such as through visual or non-verbal communication, language or language of iconic images, which includes not only the physical appearance of body image, but also the movements, signs, language, chat, oral communication and the emotional states of the students as well.
