Introduction

Human Resource is one of the key strategies and approaches that play a pivotal role in organization's success. All of the people working the organization contributes individually or collectively to achieve organizational objectives. The terminology 'Human Resources' and 'Human Resource Management' swapped 'Personal Management', due to the tasks involved in managing Human Resource (people) in organizations. Thus, HR practices are progressing swiftly in corporate culture. Hence, it has become a common business practice, which is an essential strategy that drives the theories and practices of management at the work place.

The Human Resource can be characterized in numerous activities. The most common amongst them are; staffing to fill the needs with organizational tasks, recruitment, training the right employees, tracking their high performance, managing their performance related issues, and making sure about employees management and interpersonal skills towards certain rules and regulations of the organization. The tasks of HR also include some approaches towards compensation and benefits, personal policies and record of employees. In few of the organization, they still carry out these activities themselves, due to less expenditure. On the other hand, they should always make sue about informing employees about personal policies related to contemporary regulation of the organization (Yincir, 1990).

While talking about HRM, few people could not differentiate HRM (Human Resource Management) with HRD (Human Resource Development). As, HRD is a profession, HRM can be concluded in HRD practices. This is due to the fact that, HRD involves HR practices at a broader level to create personal within the corporate culture, such as, career development, training and company's development. In this paper comprehensive arguments are made to understand the HRM and UK and USA HRM practices. ). There is a dire need for supplementary comprehensive hypothetical understanding about how experimental differences between HRM in UK and USA will develop in the future.
