Introduction

The US Political Model is more effective than anarchism and communism. The political system of the United States is an important theoretical capital. From 1941, they fight "for freedom and democracy." In his speech to the nation on September 2, 1945, Truman said: "It is the love of freedom that gave us the strength of our arms and made our men invincible in battle." With the oldest formal and material constitution (it is indeed written over two hundred years since 1787), the United States is governed by a constitutional system which is very original, which remained the same since that date, the amendments also the hard core of the constitution. Executive power is held by the president, elected for a four-year term by indirect universal suffrage as well as a vice president.

The 22nd Amendment (1951) limits the accumulation of two terms. The President has the sole executive. It is both the chief of state, head of government and the army chief. He resides in the White House and is assisted by a cabinet, consisting of the secretaries in charge of different departments (Departments) and some other officials, such as the director of the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. The departments responsible for the executive are: the Office of Management and Budget, which prepares budgets and control spending, the National Security Council, which deals with national defense, and the Council of Economic Advisers, which advises the President on economic issues.
