According to me, individual level performance model plays an important role in human resource management. These models help to measure performance at individual level. It helps to develop goals which must be communicated to the employees to the managers. Performance models play an important role in HR they help to evaluate performance of the individuals. According to me performance should be measured individually because it helps in proper measurement of performance (Swanson, 2009). Models of management and control of human resources sales are socio technical models that combine human resource with other resources in an intelligent way and can adapted to every company to achieve sustainable results over time lead to go from one administration variations in sales to management changes in sales growth of companies that adopt them.

As we all know that learning is very essential for human resource development as it helps to polish the skills of the employees by providing them knowledge. Out of the four learning model explained in this chapter I believe that Andragogy (the adult learning process), it is associated with providing guidelines for adult education. It provides learning for adult more effectively and creates more opportunities. The role of adult participant in the learning process is different and is projected to a greater extent than being a passive recipient, note taker, conformist, resigned or simple repetitive rote lessons taught by an instructor, teacher or facilitator. Participation involves the critical analysis of the situations, through the provision of effective solutions (Swanson, 2009). The ability to learn faster than competitors may be the only sustainable competitive advantage. Transform our organizations require intelligent organizations, Creative, with ability to see reality from new perspectives.
