Nursing is a dynamic science, has its own unique definition to find. Under this definition, we believe the following to be unique components: care, communication, interpersonal processes and skilled interventions, all relating to health and wellness. Therefore, if our philosophy of nursing to consider, we will inevitably be his views on people. We believe that man exists as a complex personality in culturally diverse societies. In modern society, man is expected to be self-reliant and responsible for himself and for the well-being of his dependents.

Nursing beliefs, in general, can be characterized as a conceptual form or structure supplying a border of quotation for doctors to direct their considering, facts, interpretations, and practices. My individual beliefs of nursing is Betty Neuman's Health Care Systems set about (Neuman & Fawcett, 2002), which outlooks both the purchaser and the perform of nursing as systemic in nature. As to the notions of the nursing metaparadigm, Neuman and Fawcett (2002) characterize the purchaser holistically, bind wellbeing and well-being to the holistic environment of the human being, interpolate the natural environment as comprised of extrinsic and intrinsic variables, and distinguish the occupation of nursing as the facilitation of total wellness or well-being. The reason of this paper is to talk about my individual beliefs of nursing and the individual and expert components that have assisted to the development of my general views.

Especially accumulate Fawcett's assertion that nursing models are validated as evidence in their favor, is in contrast to Popper's view that the validity of the theoretical argument is based, as he attempts to prove the falsity of Fawcett and defend the belief that nursing models are models in science means that there can be derived from its adoption terminology Kuhnian epistemology turns out to be justified. If the positivist, the validity of the practice directly proportional to the validity of the theory which it is based, then nursing models that are not 'scientific' validity cannot be regarded as a good basis for nursing practice (Alligood & Marriner, 2006).
