Introduction

The pervasive concept of Globalization has resulted in various positive, as well as, negative implications for human race. The massive spread of criminal activities on an international scale - Terrorism, can also be attributed to the phenomenon of globalization. However, studies which analyzed the economic development in a particular country or region concluded that economic growth reduces incidents related to terrorism (Li and Schaub 2004).
