Introduction

The Burj Khalifa that was previously known as “the Burj Dubai”, is the tallest skyscraper situated in Dubai which was developed by Emaar Properties. The construction started in the year 2004 and finished in the year 2009. This is known to be the tallest one in the world; this building is used for diverse purposes that offer entertainment, business and residential facilities. This was developed by Merrill Architecture of Chicago and Skidmore, Owings and the basic service provider was Samsung C and T of South Korea. One of the biggest construction companies called “Turner Construction Company” in the US including a subsidiary of a German organization that was hired for being the significant project manager for the venture. The entire cost of the Burj Khalifa was U. S. $1.5 dollars.

This incident took place shortly after the opening of the Burj Khalifa, the guests on the observation deck were capable of hearing a loud boom on the globe's tallest building, then observed a dust that appeared like a smoke that seeped within the crack through the door of the elevator 124 floors higher than the land.
