In relation to your chosen organisation and or its industry sector explain in general terms what meant by the various PESTLE categories? Give organisation/industry-specific examples.

The PEST analysis (PEST Analysis) is a framework that strategy consultants use to analyze the macro-external environment in which a company operates. The PEST is an acronym for the following factors:

Politics

Economic

Social

Technology

PEST factors play an important role in the opportunities for value creation strategy. However they are usually beyond the control of the company and must normally be considered as threats or opportunities.
