Introduction

The change in the climate of the earth is a complex and multifaceted problem which has although naturally environmental, consequences on all the species of existence on the earth. The changes in climate are due to the global issues of poverty, population growth, economic development, resource management and sustainable development.

For this purpose, the solutions come from all across the globe from various fields and disciplines of development and research. In the center of the dilemma, there is a need for the reduction of these problems and climate changes.

Countries from across the globe started to address and concentrate the problems of global warming and climate changes. The trend continues in the gradual journey of international conferences about the climate changes. The governments of the world in December 2009 discussed the responses to the climate crisis that are faced by the planet.

Educated, compassionate, sympathetic and civilized people trepidation the results which are probably to be horribly short. However, 2500 participants in which most of them was climate science researchers gathered for the scientific Copenhagen Climatic Change Conference in 10-12 March 2009 which is the 15th conference of the UN.

The conference includes the topics of climate changes, global risks, challenges and decisions. The core topic of the conference was that the operational is indefensible. This conference covered the topics on climatic trends, environmental and social disturbance, global deadlines and targets, meeting the challenges and equity dimension.

This conference can be explained in two different theories both having its own point of view in the political science of the globe. The International Relations theories are widely used by the political scientists, to explain and forecast about the world politics and nature behaviors.

The theories that are considered in this conference, to support and argue, are the realism theory and liberal theory. Each theory offers its own analysis for the actions of people, how and why they are done and performed confronting the topics of war, power, climate and nature.

Discussion

Background

In 1990, the countries from the globe come on a single point, to discuss as well as focus on the climate changes and global warming of the earth held at “Earth Summit” in “Rio de Janeiro”. At that time, all the countries were agreed upon the development of “United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change” (UNFCCC). The task of this body or organization was to set out a structure and outline for the actions and activities aimed for the stabilization of the atmospheric meditation.

These activities were related to the green house gases for avoiding the hazardous anthropogenic intrusion with the system of climate. However, for some intercession and obstruction no such timelines and target dates were set for this body. However, the Convention came into existence on 21st March 1994.
