Introduction

There are various factors by which the personality of the person is determined. The personality of a person determines the behaviors and attitudes that are possessed by the persons. It also determines the thinking and the perceptions of the person towards the situations. The thinking and perceptions of the person has great influence upon the personality of the person. Various research studies have been conducted in order to find out the personality traits of a person and he factors that have great influence upon the individual's personality. Based on such research studies, a proper and complete framework is proposed that identifies the accurate personality trait of a given individual. This complete framework is called as "The Adjective Check List". This works as the personality assessment tool that is being used by many years in the field of psychology since it was developed in the year 1949. "The Adjective Check List" measures various personality traits that involve the emotional intelligence of an individual, global behavior, general responsiveness towards the situation, the psychological needs of individual, interpersonal behavior of individual, and the cognitive point of references of the individual.

The ideal personality of an individual is matched with that of the real personality of the individual. It is done by taking the responses and measurements of an individual on the "The Adjective Check List" and then the measurements taken by the individual is interpreted and the results are presented that reflects the true personality of an individual. The results that are interpreted by assessing the personality of an individual are reflected in term of the productiveness, assertiveness, sociability, individuality, well-being, and submissiveness of an individual. These personality factors determine the actual and overall personality of the individual.
