The paper encompasses counseling theories and it's usage in various fields around the world and helps us understanding their utility in great detail and understanding. At conclusion, the paper encompasses key constituents that comprise counseling theories and what recommendations could be intended to them in the future.

Introduction

Counseling can be defined as a relationship in which a person tries to help another to understand and solve problems he faces. A theme on the philosophy of counseling prevails throughout the Anglo-Saxon belief in the dignity and worth of the individual in recognition of his freedom to determine values ??and objectives and to continue lifestyle. Often he is not aware and unaware of its potential for development, counseling is also there to help him develop individuality and accentuate individuality (Whiston, 2008). Theory plays an important role in the guidance, they provide us with a proper understanding of human nature, and understanding of appropriate behavior and disruptive behavior disorder and the basis, and give us the ways and methods to modify disruptive behavior and treatment, and predict the possibility of treatment.

Literature review

Counseling theories have maintained a certain portfolio for the purpose and objective of making counseling sessions and practices and help the subjects and patients from either disturbed brain functioning patterns or acute and chronic psychological disorders, such as Dementia and Schizophrenia. Amongst the theories of counseling, the most prominent theories that have come across as great contributions towards the discipline of psychology are psychoanalytical, Analytical/Jungian, Adlerian, Self-Psychology, Time-Limited Psyche, client-centered, existential, Gestalt theory, Behavioral, Cognitive, REBT, Reality, Biofeedback and Family Systems. However, for maintaining the flow of the paper we shall consider three main theories of considerations are Psychoanalytical theory, put forth by the infamous 'Sigmund Freud', Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT or ABC Method) and Behavioral Theory.

Psychoanalytical Theory

Psychoanalytical theory is first in psychology, led by Freud, and has made?significant contributions in the field of psychology and psychotherapy, and the methodology of the research to the study of behavior. Unlike the focus on the problem that is limited to exploring the problem that is and discovered that holding the problem, the focus on the solution expands on all the time (exceptions) that no presents the problem or problematic situation brought under control consultant, thereby identifying those patterns of settlement, with emphasis on the development and establishment (Betz, 2008). During the first session is not necessary to speak much of the problem that leads to the consultants to seek therapy with a brief description sufficient to begin the therapeutic work. After this description of the therapist's efforts should focus on finding effective solutions through exceptions (times when the problem does not occur).
