Creating Employee Rewards

It is a general fact that people are motivated to higher levels of job performance by positive recognition from their managers and peers. In a research conducted on self-regulatory processes that occur in the learning process (eg, Gist and Mitchell, 2002). One of the important characteristics of an effective training design feedback. Feedback is a form of persuasion that can be brought to the recipient, either orally or in writing, and this will influence the effectiveness of self-government (Martocchio and Webster, 2002). Self-efficacy refers to a specific decision about its ability to mobilize motivation, cognitive resources, as well as actions needed to orchestrate future action on a specific task (GIST and Mitchell, 2002). Self-efficacy, in turn, will influence the behavior (Bandura, 2001). Research Question

We report on the study of microcomputer software training, in which the consequences of the attribution of a message composing performance reviews were reviewed and considered the following questions: Does the training and improving organizational effectiveness? Literature review

Building on the work of others (Bandura and Wood, 1999), we refer to the handling, will be the case prior to the performance or not under the command of a person. It was expected that perceived control over their own performance, would increase the efficiency of self-belief at the perceived lack of control will result in lowered self-efficacy (Bandura, 2001). Perceived control related to training that the practice of lifelong learning philosophy (Rosow and Zager, 1999), to encourage employees to take responsibility for their continuing professional development. Thus, it is essential that the training activities undertaken to improve the effectiveness of self-government (GIST, 1999), especially taking into account the anticipated effects on the effectiveness of self-learning (Forsterling, 2000).

Education is an important criterion in training situations, however, measures to train, often without regard to whether they are best suited for the situation (Kraiger, Ford, and Salas, 2003).

The activities of the introductory programming course, typically consist of instruction on basic commands and to demonstrate the instructor, after which the students' instructor demonstrations and modeling studies using the software. The purpose of the introductory programming course is to enable students to recall facts about the program in order to apply them to different tasks in the work setting. Accordingly, we appreciate the declarative knowledge and compilation.

Theoretically, the initial learning software includes the acquisition of declarative knowledge and knowledge of the facts (Anderson, 2000). Declarative knowledge is usually acquired from the instructions (for example, commands to create and save files on the disk, change the default program settings, such as the font style and size, as well as print output created with the software). As a declarative accumulates knowledge trainee combines specific pieces of knowledge and applies them in practice, a structured training and intelligence to the software in the learning process (for example, referring to the planned sequence of commands, which creates a file, print files, and saves the file in the disc). This reflects a compilation (Anderson, 2002), and listeners are likely to ...
