Introduction

The crime control model refers to the control of crimes, or a criminal justice. These models emphasize on reducing the rate of crimes occurring in the society, and reduce those crimes through police and other prosecutorial powers. On the other hand the due process model refers to the rights of the individuals, or the individual liberties it is concerned with limiting the power of the government. This due process model involves more involvement of the private enterprise and less government involvement. In crime control model they give importance to the government to protect the society, and give less liberty to the individuals (Roberson, 2003).

Due process model is the attitude that a person cannot be stripped of life, property or liberty without suitable legal processes and precautions. Any individual that is appointed with a crime is demanded to have their civil rights confined by the criminal justice organization below the due process model. The crime control model for rule enforcement is founded on the statement of complete dependability of police fact-finding, covers arrestees as if they are already originate responsible.
