Having no criminal fairness system in this humanity would hinder itself from protecting the persons from crime which regulation enforcement in a normal humanity would help defend and prevent. There would be no court system to prosecute and sentence those who commit crime, and there would be no corrections to imprison those who were accused of doing a crime.
