Introduction

A criminal justice administration and organization is fair, sincere, and effectual system. It is one of the most significant institutions of America. Criminal Justice Administration is the organization that is performing and controlling the criminal laws and justice system. It is the institution of governments that directs social control, mitigating and deterring crime, or sanctioning those who infringe laws. The courts, the correctional system, and the police. These components simultaneously play independent part as well as the integrated and interrelated system. The justice system and administration are extremely interactive in dividing power among the court, the correctional system, police, and juvenile justice agency. The organization administrates all levels of government. There are three levels of government local, state, and federal. There are law enforcement agencies that are under Federal government. It includes Drug enforcement agency, secret service agency, and the most famous FBI federal investigation bureau. The federal government has its own Court system that takes legal actions against violation of federal laws.

The local and state governments have similar operations like the federal government. Each locality and states has its own laws. This impact the justice and administrations within its area. The criminal justice system exists in local and state government (Bassiouini, 1997).

Criminal Justice Organization of United Sates

A criminal justice system consists of the social and legal institutions that enforce the criminal law in confirmation to the defined procedures, limitations and rules. In the U.S, there are separate state, military and federal criminal justice systems. Each of the states has separate systems for juveniles and adults. This system also consist of subsystems which comprises of either one or more of the public institutions and their staff members which include police and the agencies responsible for enforcing laws, appellate and trial courts, public and prosecution defender offices; parole and probation agencies; custodial institutions (prisons, jails, halfway houses, reformatories, etc.); and the departments responsible either a few or all the functions of custodial, probation and parole functions).

The key players of a criminal justice system comprises of both private and public actors such as private defense attorneys, bail bondsmen, defendants, private agencies offering supervision, treatment or assistance to the criminals. It also provides assistance to the victims and officials represent or assist the offenders (e.g., crime victim compensation boards). There are few agencies whose work includes the enforcement of the criminal law, for example, driver and bureaus for vehicle licensing; agencies responsible for allotting the taxation and the resources

The criminal justice organization of United Sates has three main components: The courts, the correctional system, and the police.
