Introduction

Criminal law is referred to as the body of law which is associated with the crime. It is also defined as the set of rules and regulations which helps in defining the conduct of every individual living in the society. The criminal laws are based on certain regulations which protect the safety and welfare of the people and also impose punishments on people who violate the laws and regulations. The criminal law is different from the civil law as more emphasis is made on the resolution rather than punishment.

Discussion

The case has revealed that snow white and her three dwarfs decided to take the money from the queen. One of the dwarfs decided to go back home. When the queen reached home, only snow white, Doc and Happy were hiding in the bushes. Snow white gets out of the bushes and tells to the queen to give all her money or she is going to kill her. The evil queen as drunk and took out her gun and pointed towards snow white. The Dwarf Happy the evil queen but the shot got missed. Snow white saves herself from the evil queen and hits her with the gun. The evil queen suffers from various severe injuries. When the evil queen is badly hit by snow white and the dwarfs, they run away from the place of incident. The dwarf grumpy disposes off the gun. But later on the police arrests everyone including snow white, grumpy, happy, doc and bashful. They also arrest evil queen (Allen, 2005)

After all the individuals who are involved in the criminal incident, they are charged with certain crimes. Snow white is charged with the crime of robbery. The charge is valid as snow white along with her dwarfs decide to take money from the evil queen. In United ...
