Introduction

The problem of sexual (sex) crimes, the identity of sex offender in domestic research for many years practically no attention was paid. This situation is justified, because sex crimes are quite common and are among the most dangerous types of criminal activities. In this paper, two sexual assault and brutal murder cases have been analyzed. Sexual assault as a form of human behavior has a double component of violence and sexuality in the same conduct.
