Introduction

The process of crisis intervention is referred to as emergency psychological care whose primary objective is to provide help to individuals which are in a crisis situation in order to maintain equilibrium and also to reduce their psychological trauma. Crisis is basically referred as an individual perception that exceeds the individual resources. In order to promote crisis intervention, it is very essential for human resource professionals to collaborate with their team individually to find solutions to their problems and restore stabilization (James, 2008)
