Within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the “Federal Indian Health Service (IHS)”, bestows ample services of in-patient and ambulatory cure for free to the Native Americans that are qualified on the foundation of drop of Indians, but the IHS does not provide its amenities to every Indian (Yick & Oomen-Early, 2009).
