Overview

The cultural differences and the people management are difficult to understand and I have considered them in different context as to how it will affect me when I will be setting up my own business in the future. In this reflective diary of mine, I have taken into account the cultural differences and the values of different cultures in order to understand the cultural differences and their advantages with respect to the certain perspectives. It is important to understand the cultural differences and take into account the key elements of a particular culture so that the cultural differences can be understood. Similarly, to understand the ways of preserving the values of certain cultures, I personally feel, it is very important to understand the values of different cultures. I have recorded the personal views of the Bruce Parry in understanding the differences of various cultures and encountering difficulties in understanding these different cultures. Similarly, I have also mentioned the cultural differences of different culture so that it could be seen as to how the different culture affects the individuals from country to country and region to region. The cultural differences always exist in every region however experiencing these differences by living them in real is a great attempt to understand these differences and get know about them. I personally feel that the existence of these differences make individuals different from each other. The historical perspective on cultural differences is another important thing that I think should be learnt in order to understand the history of different cultures and how they were evolved. Another important thing is the Self analysis of all the cultures that I have done and tried to link them with research on cultural differences. There is also a great relationship between culture and leadership. As per what I have seen, the cultures are considered to be one of the greatest factors in moulding the individual's personality and leading him towards the path of leadership.

As I have seen, the cultural differences are one of the most important perspectives that can be considered for understanding people and managing our business activities to run them successfully. According to my belief, the Bruce Parry view about understanding culture is of great importance. He has focused on understanding the core elements of other cultures by living within a certain tribe for long time that can help them in adopting its certain qualities. According to him, living with the people of tribe makes it easier for the people to understand the difficult elements of a particular tribe. Similarly, I also think that by becoming part of the tribe for sometime makes the person able to understand the tribal life and their problems.
