Introduction

The Republic of Djibouti is a small country with limited resources and surrounded in a hostile area came into existence in 1977. After independence, Djibouti has been left among the two main ethnic groups. In the Afar group, Issa was the first President; he created the authoritarian one-party state. This was the ultimate root cause which initiated tensions, and ultimately civil war broke out between the two groups existing in the country. This situation of continued from the 1991-1994 until a peace agreement and sharing power was signed by the two existing groups, but there were still scarce on the government's fighting till the end of 1997. This was extremely relevant to Djibouti, Parliament adopted on 14 April 2010 constitutional amendment to abolish presidential term limits in the country and decided to take better improved steps for the establishment of sound government. The cultural existence in the country has had a great impact on the global world because the country has been rich with culture. Djibouti's identity as a nation is a compromise between the political and social aspirations of two communities that have created a social contract within the context of the state that allows them to maintain their independence.

Discussion

The existence within the boundaries of Djibouti is a diverse multi-ethnic population which consists of different people form different cultures. Somalis (Isa) were the majority, accounting for up to one third of the Afar population in Djibouti; they also had a large presence in Ethiopia which has been proved difficult to track or estimate for global experts.
