Purpose of Law

The law is a social basis, which creates or recreates the natural way when two people met. The creation or development of rules, which are based either on moral or religious, is a phenomenon that is found in every society, developed or not considered. Each legal system is developing legal rules, rights as responsibilities in different ways.

Basically , law protects against the abuse of power. Most countries have a codified legal system, called " civil law ", whose rules are changed, more or less regularly, by governments. Others use a system called " Common Law ", which develops through the rule of the previous record. A small number of countries continue to base their rules on religious texts . But in each country there is a rich legal history , with philosophies different, which sometimes clash. The law also raises economic issues but also political issues , in order to change the law through institutions (Horwitz , 2010, . Pp 13).

Laws that govern the production, distribution, exchange and consumption of material goods at different stages of development of human society. Express the essential linkages and relationships, stable, causally conditioned between phenomena and processes of economic life of society(Aghion, 1992, pp 473-94). Economic laws, like those of nature, have an objective, ie independent connections and relations express the will and conscience of men. Arise and act on the basis of certain economic conditions are changed while the conditions are modified and disappear when they are removed. Man cannot create, change or repeal the economic laws, but can discover, know and use the benefit of society.

Also, the law maintains the status quo and acts in favour of class interests. Using the economic laws of human action means consistent with the requirements of those laws. Economic laws are different from the laws of nature by the fact that all the laws of social development, there is no outside-social productive activity of men and are manifested only through it. Hence, in societies divided into classes, the discovery and utilization of economic laws always have a background class(Landes, ,2010, Pp 31). With the change in the material conditions of life of society, being relations of production replaced by others, lose their economic laws force many old ones emerge, new.

For the duration of its validity, are distinguished:

1) general economic laws that govern all formations (for example, the law of correspondence between the relations of production and the character of the productive forces),

2) the specific laws inherent only to a given mode of production, which lost its power to disappear, this method of production (for example, the law of surplus value, which operates in the conditions of capitalism), (Aghion, 1992, pp 473-94)

3) economic laws do not apply to all economic formations, but in some configurations (for example, the law of value), and various laws inherent in a phase of training (for example, the law of distribution according to work in the socialist phase, and the law ...
