Easy Jet is one of the popular companies in Europe and is considered like the low cost airline. There are many competitors of Easy Jet, but the main competitor of easy jet is Lufthansa. Easy Jet has been launched at November 1995 and since that time it has offered two routes from its base in Luton. These two routes are offered to Glascow and Edigburgh. Easy Jet has been mergered with Go-fly in August 2002 and after that this company has become the number 1 company offering the low cost in Europe. The main reason behind the brand of Easy Jet is its simplicity in the services. In future Easy Jet aims to maintain its identity of providing the low cost and highly satisfactory services. Easy Jet earned the total revenue of £500 million in 2002 which has increased by £200 million in the next years. They now owned a fleet of 18 Boeing 737-300' and were flying 27 routes and had a better punctuality record in comparison with other Airlines and they were flying fuller than ever before. Due to the political battle with Swissair, Easy Jet was blocked from operating between Geneva and Barcelona. Thus Easy Jet Tours was set up to offer return flights, transfers and accommodation to customers. This service has also been very successful. Easy Jet had also been voted as the best low-cost airline by a Business magazine. A successful example of a European no frills airline is easy Jet. Stelios Haji-Ioannou (Greek) founded the company in 1995. It is based on the low-cost, no-frills model of the US carrier Southwest.

In order to maintain the brand loyalty and growing the customer satisfaction, the main thing is satisfying the customers. Customers get satisfied only if they are provided with the best customers services. Good customer service is necessary for the development of any business. You can cut prices, arrange promotions for attracting customers, but if those customers will not appeal to you again this means you're doing something wrong. And most likely to blame for poor customer service.
