CHAPTER # 1 - INTRODUCTION

Cyber-bullying has been consider as an insult, threaten, embarrass, or harassing people on the Internet or by phone usually over a longer period. Different internet and mobile services are used: for example, e-mail, instant messaging, photo or video platforms, communications in chat rooms, discussion forums, blogs and social networks, etc.

Bullying has always existed. With the Cyber-bullying, bullying gained a whole new level:
