There are several technology solutions in order to improve the business in many ways and, for this particular case; I will choose the Manhattan Deli Technology Solution. I am sure that, this solution will maximize my profit and, earnings. Business process is the chain of major business events and activities which tend to occur time to time. The major aim of any Deli Case is to satisfy customer requirements and, if customers are not satisfied then, it will produce negative outcomes and, poor market reputation (Berman and Hagan, 2006). This proposed technology will allow me to get the information through the whole business processes and, I will implement efficient techniques in reduce costs, plan my menu based items, ordering the right amount of food, scheduling of staff at peak hours, and improvement in marketing. I will utilize a system from Future POS, Inc. to register all the grandfather's recipes for storage and menu planning. I will also train the staff according to the requirements with the help of these technologies. This technology will include the POS station at the counter, a kitchen menu order screen and the license to run the software.

I will use the HROPlus for the development of payroll, benefits and health insurance and, other opportunities for my employees. This software is also contract driven and, data is accessed electronically after two weeks.
