The company offers fixed-network and mobile services, internet and TV for consumers as well as ICT solutions for business customers and multinational corporations. Deutsche Telekom operates in 50 countries across the world. The company is headquartered in Bonn, Germany and employed 236,000 people as of December 31, 2011. Deutsche Telekom's operations span across five business segments: Germany, Europe, and the US, systems solutions and, group headquarters and shared services. The Deutsche Telekom is one of the world's leading service providers in the telecommunications and information technology industry. In USA, Deutsche Telekom has brought the T-mobile. The Deutsche Telekom will be described through CAMOLSIC (Corporate Strategy, Auditing, Mission Statement, Objective, Long Term, Short Term, International Plan, and Control). Through this model, the international marketing strategy and go international strategy of Deutsche Telekom can be derived (Allenby 2000, 185).

Corporate Strategy

The strategy of Deutsche Telekom Go International Decision focuses on three main areas which are fixing, transform and innovate. Fixing refers to the improvement in performance of mobile-centric assets. Transforming refers to taking advantage from another company's initiative which have conducted integration of fixed and mobile assets and have also built networks and processes.
