Methodology

Approximately 150 students were surveyed, taking online class regarding Human Recruitment Management. The survey questions were designed to give proper insights of the issues that a student might face in his or her learning experience through online instructions. The questions include students' predilections regarding learning environment, outcome learning characteristics, demographic data and attitudes toward learning process.
