Introduction

The "digital literacy" is the process of providing the population subject to the concepts and methods and practices, which allow students and other users to have knowledge through means of their digital devices, which can provide them access to the information, which can be based on any remote location. It is also known as media literacy, which is the ability to organize, locate for the processing and handling of the reports and data or information, decision and knowledge. It include the searching and methods of evaluation of information, aspects either ethical or moral, knowledge and decision and ethical and methodological communication in the world that have now become digital. It involves the knowledge of the cutting edge and technology that works today as a means of understanding and gaining information by means of how it can be used. It is often seen that digitally literate people can communicate well enough and can portray what they have been working on very well. Especially, with efficient use of the skills and knowledge.

The digital literacy comprises computer software, computer hardware knowledge. Particularly cell phones, Internet, PDAs (those most regularly used in business) and the other digital devices. A person is called a digital citizen who is skilled with such skills to interact with society.

One cannot speak of literacy in the digital age highlight the importance of Internet as a tool and as an object of critical analysis. Especially when you consider that large communication networks have led to a new relational environment. Cyberspace is a phenomenon that already has been considered to be one of those that have helped shape modern society.
