The continuous arguments, that the fundamental elements of diplomacy in the present day have driven from the ancient diplomacy. The history of Diplomacy dates back to thousands of years before Christian. The contemporary diplomacy is combined from ancient societies, for instance: Greece, Rome, India, Babylonian, Egyptians, the Assyrians, the Hindus etc. and new diplomacy (Szykman, 1995, 41-44). Due to the tedious and routine atmosphere in the ancient societies, the occurrence of a suitable messenger in the old society, with crucial list to engage in dialog with regional rulers, may have been welcoming and may have stimulated it positively (Mcclanahan, 1989, 19)
