Introduction

There are diverse issues related to local community. One of the key factors is the racial issues in the local community. The second factor is the cultural diversity in the local community. All the aspects create an impact on the community and the global society. There is a need to take care of the minority who are living in the society. This is the reason why it is said that there are diverse issues related to community. It is important to address them so that all negative factors which are there in this issue can be resolved quickly. Therefore, these are the main issues which need to be analyzed in detail, and, a detailed discussion will be carried out in the following paragraphs.

Main Body

The increase in the influx of immigrants, which play a pivotal role in social cohesion, and, qualitatively new understanding of the interaction between race and class has a long history. There are other factors, which have changed, the nature of the debate and efforts to ensure racial equality, making them more complex and multifaceted. With this in mind, as emphasized by some researchers, anti-racism can be effective only if it is to succeed in countering all forms of discrimination, prejudice and inequality. There are ministers who promise their own government to redouble its efforts in this area, and, to supplement their actions to resolve specific problems faced by particular social groups. They pointed to the need to make it fair and in a way that no group must feel neglected or overlooked. They have a drafted a new document, which is supposed, to develop that has been made over the past ten years of success by implementing approach to resolving the current, and, more complex challenge. This approach, in particular, has strengthened the legislative framework, people's awareness of their rights to further reduce the inequality and discrimination. The emphasis has been placed not on solving problems of specific groups, and, to provide comparable civil services to everyone, regardless of origin, social or religious affiliation. An attention has been given to the final result instead of the process. For the first time, the public services have been the consideration class and the steps have been taken to address deep-rooted socio-economic disadvantage. The second component of this approach is close cooperation of local communities and local authorities with the bodies, inspecting the work of public services for their compliance with accepted standards and requirements. The third element of this approach is the targeted work to address the problems faced by specific groups. It includes problems of little motivation among black children and raise achievement for white students. Various ministers have stated among their local communities that they will not stop until every person in this country will have equal opportunities and equal chances for success.
